Once shipped, due to health concerns and the inability to confirm that purchased items have been un-used and/or otherwise tampered with, no refunds will be issued.
Exchanges

If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy with how they look or feel you may return them to us for an exchange of hair. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed, or worn in any way will not qualify to be exchanged. We honor this for up to 21 days after delivery. Orders returned for exchange after 21 days will be sent back to the customer.
