HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?

The longevity of hair extensions depends on how each individual takes care of the hair. When cared for correctly, hair extensions can last for months and even years.

CAN I DYE THE HAIR?

Yes. We carry 100% virgin human hair. This hair is premium quality that can tolerate bleaching and hair coloring.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CLOSURE AND A FRONTAL?

The key difference between a closure and frontal is the amount of area that each cover to protect your natural hair. Closures and Frontals are both great because it eliminates the possibility of damaging your natural hair due to heat styling a leave-out.

Closures cover the frontal middle section of the crown of your head. The size of closures are typically 3x3 or 4x4 inches.

Frontals cover a larger area of your head and add the perfect finishing touch to a weave install or wig making process. Frontals cover the front of your head from ear to ear. An typical frontal is usually 13x4 inches.

360 Frontals cover the perimeter (all around) of your head with the middle of the head left open for weave installation. 360s are ideal for those who want the versatility of wearing ponytails, high buns and other hair styles that show the back of your hair.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH THE HAIR EXTENSIONS?

As a general rule, we advise our customers to treat hair extensions and wigs as they would treat their own hair because it is human hair. Besides you've purchased it and made the investment in your hair care so it is yours to cherish. We recommend that you wash straight hair extensions 2-3 times a week. Curly and wavy hair we recommend 1-2 times a week.

To wash your hair and cleanse your scalp, use a sulfate & paraben free shampoo and lightly massage your hair and scalp. After wash, apply conditioner or leave-in conditioner to lock in moisture. Then use a wide tooth comb or detangling brush to detangle the hair. Dry and style your hair as desired. Be liberal as you use styling products such as oils, mouses, gels etc. because excess products can weigh done your hair.

IS IT HARD TO TAKE CARE OF HAIR EXTENSIONS?

No. Like all hair, hair extensions are not hard to take care of as long as you treat the hair properly. With all hair types, maintenance is key so it is important for you to create a consistent hair care regimen that works for you. Remember the basics: wash, condition, moisturize, protect and style. You're all set for success!
